Fishing

The areas around Stora Sjöfallet and our lodge offer clean water, unspoiled nature, and majestic mountains—the perfect ingredients for a fishing experience like no other. Char, whitefish, grayling, and trout thrive here!

Fishing in the Local Area

There are fantastic fishing waters here where you can catch char, grayling, whitefish, and trout—accessible by car or after a hike of a few kilometers.

We'd be happy to help you find places to go fishing.

For hard-to-reach spots, we recommend fishing flights, which, with their local and experienced pilots, can take you to the best fishing spots based on your preferences. Contact us for more information and to book!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Since we are located in a national park, fishing is regulated, and we ask that you respect these regulations. Please feel free to speak with us at the front desk for more information on where fishing is permitted. By respecting these regulations, we can all help ensure that future guests will also have the opportunity to experience this unspoiled nature.
