The areas around Stora Sjöfallet and our lodge offer clean water, untouched nature and mighty mountains, excellent ingredients to get a fishing experience beyond the ordinary.
Here the char, whitefish, grayling and trout thrive superbly!
Fishing in the area
Close to the national park you will find fantastic fishing waters that offer both arctic char, grayling, whitefish and trout. By car or a few kilometers of hiking, you get access to several of these wonderful fishing waters. We are happy to help you show where you can go fishing.
Some of these waters are more difficult to access than others. To get to the more inaccessible ones, we recommend that you book flights with Fiskflyg whom with their local and experienced pilots can take you to the best waters according to your wishes.

As we are in a national park, fishing is regulated and we ask you to respect this, feel free to talk to us at the reception for more information about where fishing is allowed. By respecting the regulations, we can together contribute to future guests having the opportunity to also experience the untouched nature.
